Shipping, Returns & Refunds

 

Shipping and Handling Fees

Please check the product page to confirm on the shipping, delivery or handling charges before checking out. As no refunds for shipping or handling fees will be made once the order is placed. 

Promotions

If you are taking advantage of a promo code or discount, the reduction is applicable only towards the price of the product(s). They cannot be applied towards Beyond Braille’s Shipping and Handling fee or convenience fee.

Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us, containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). Beyond Braille will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Please refer to the product page to find out estimated delivery duration for your respective product and your destination. Beyond Braille makes its best endeavors to deliver an order by the date requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.

Please take care to enter all delivery details correctly. Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order.

It is your responsibility to inform Beyond Braille immediately if an order has not arrived. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at [email protected] You can track your order directly at the courier merchant site. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full by Beyond Braille. 

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during bank holidays or public holidays will processed the next working day.

Returns & Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your bank for the clearance timeline, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges & Shipping

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item back to: Ikoverk, 10th Floor, Titaanium Business Hub, Althan – Bhimrad Rd, Opp. Aakash Enclave, Surat, Gujarat 395017.

For return shipments you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
